Our wow story is from Club Level Concierge Jessica Palacios, who enlivened The Ritz-Carlton service value by creating an experience for Mr. and Mrs. Karademir, who was visiting the resort from their home country of Turkey. In the course of her conversation with them, Jessica shared her Mexican origin. They mentioned that they really wished to visit Mexico, but felt the long distance in travel from Turkey to Mexico might be difficult for them at this stage of their lives. With the enthusiasm expressed by the couple, Jessica surprised them by organizing a dinner for them at the resort’s award-winning Cantina Kahlo restaurant. In the evening before the couple checked out, Jessica invited them to visit and meet her at the restaurant. Jessica warmly welcomed them at the reception and she escorted them to a specially decorated table for the surprise dinner. They were so touched by the gesture that they came back to Jessica and showed her all the photos taken during dinner.
